FCG Power Industries Pvt Ltd is an Indian manufacturer of flameproof (Ex d), increased safety (Ex e) and weatherproof electrical equipment for hazardous areas. Our products are designed for Zone 1 & Zone 2 gas atmospheres and Zone 21 & Zone 22 dust atmospheres, covering Gas Groups IIA, IIB and IIC, Equipment Protection Levels (EPL) Gb and Gc, and dust protection Ex tb and tc.
FCG Power designs and manufactures flameproof control gear and switchgear for hazardous areas, including control stations, push button stations, rotary switches, motor starters and distribution boards. Every FCG flameproof control gear product is engineered to keep people and plants safe wherever explosive gases or dusts may be present.
Our range includes flameproof LED light fittings, junction and terminal boxes, control stations, push button stations, switchgear, switch sockets and plugs, control panels and distribution boards, fans and air conditioners, cleanroom fittings, cable glands and accessories. Products are certified by CIMFR to the IS/IEC 60079 series and manufactured at our plants in Vapi, Gujarat, under ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015 and ISO 45001:2018 certified systems.
We supply explosion proof equipment to refineries, oil & gas, petrochemical, chemical, pharmaceutical, fertilizer and power plants across India and for export, and we build custom-made equipment to client specifications.

LTD. is an ISO-9001-2015, ISO 14001: 2015 & ISO 45001 : 2018 certified manufacturer of Flameproof and Weatherproof Electrical equipment including Lighting Fittings, Control Panels, Distribution Boards, MCC, Local Control Stations, Junction Boxes, Cable Glands, Motors, Telephones, etc., for use in Divs. 1 & 2 hazardous areas of Gas Groups I, IIA, IIB and IIC; with all the necessary statutory approvals from CIMFR- Dhanbad, PESO, and BIS - New Delhi.
